Why isn't my preorder product showing up on my storefront?

After configuring your preorder products and activating the theme extension, if your product preorder button does not display on your product pages, check the following:

1. Make sure the status of the preorder is set to Active.
2. Check to ensure the theme extension has been enabled.
3. If the preorder type is set to "Preorder if out of stock", then check to see if the product is out of stock. 

If your preorder product still doesn't appear with the preorder button after going through the list above, reach out to our team and send us the link to the product page on your storefront and will make sure to fix the issue and get you set up in no time. 🙂
